If you love beauty then I would highly recommend the Look Fantastic beauty advent calendar, it may be pricey at £70 but trust me, it’s worth it as everything is worth over £300 and it’s the best advent calendar I’ve had EVER.

First of all this calendar is big and bulky, which can only mean you will get a decent amount sized product in there as the size of the box is a bit bigger than A3 and counts 1-25, a rare spot as most only go to 24.

Day 1 Pixi Glow Tonic Exfoliating Toner
When you get this in window 1, you know it’s going to be a good calendar. I actually have the full size of this and have really been enjoying it, it’s made the appearance of my skin look so much clearer and less red. It’s great at fading any scaring you have from blemishes. I’d recommend any skin type to give this a go.

Day 2 Rituals Magic Touch Body Cream
I’ve never used this before and can’t really give much of a mini review on it but from first impression, it smells very clean and floral with ingredients of organic rice milk and cherry blossom, it’s lightweight with a strong fragrance but it contains no parabens or mineral oils and leaves skin feeling silky soft. Just what you need around this time of year.

Day 3 Inika Loose Mineral Blush ‘Blooming Nude’
A brand I’ve never heard of and loose powders always scare me with how messy they can be, but I’ve been able to use this with hardly any mess. Thanks to the packaging of this little blush I’m able to shake a bit out onto the inside lid or in the separate rotating plastic lid holding the powder in. I only use a small amount as it’s so pigmented and dab this on my cheeks with a brush, it blends really nicely and gives off a really natural rose/peach colour which is great for all year round.

Day 4 This Works Sleep Plus+ Pillow Spray
A product I actually already own in full size and it’s a brilliant sleep spray that works wonders. I don’t like to be too reliant on this sleep spray and only us it on bad nights when I’m struggling as I don’t want to get too used to it. When I do spray this and inhale, I’m instantly calmed and after a couple of minutes I’m out like a light, knocks me out for an undisturbed sleep.

Day 5 Moroccan Oil Treatment
A product I’ve wanted to try but I am fussy with oils as I don’t want my hair to be greasy but this is lightweight and leaves my hair soft and shiny even on coloured hair.

Day 6 Monuskin BB Cream Illuminating Primer
I’ve just swatched this on the back of my hand which leaves behind a glowy finish and sinks into the skin quite fast, I’ll post an update here to let you know my thoughts on how well it primes.

Day 7 Nudestix Lip & Cheek Pencil in Mystic
A multitask product is always nice but I don’t really like pencils for my cheeks unless it’s more balmy so I’ve just been using this on my lips and it’s very creamy and smooth to apply, this is a matte rose shade which is perfect for everyday and makes it easy to line your lips for the perfect pout.

Day 8 Ren V-Cense Revitalising Night Cream
I always like to end my night with a cream to work it’s magic whilst I’m sleeping, this hydrates my skin with Vitamin C which is good at making the skin look awake. When it comes to skincare though you can’t expect it to be amazing overnight you have to really test this over time until I can recommend it or not.

Day 9 Ojon Damage Reverse Serum
I love using this hair oil as I am suffering with dry ends, so this little bottle has really come in handy and saved my hair leaving it soft and shiny again. I’ve been applying this on damp hair before I blow dry and the next day or when my hair is completely dry, I notice the effects it has done. I would consider buying this full size when It’s empty.

Day 10 Ardell False Lashes
When I first saw these I thought ‘oh damn these are not going to get used’. I wear glasses and I’ve never tried false eyelashes because I just assumed I can’t with them hitting the glass all the time. I spoke to few bloggers on twitter who actually use these lashes and wear glasses so I’m going to give them a go on NYE.

Day 11 Christophe Robin Regenerating Mask
As mentioned before I am suffering with dry hair at the moment. I’ve been using this mask on my hair instead of conditioner once a week and every time I use it, my hair just feels amazing. I can tell it’s going to be nourished with how it feels when I’m washing it out. All you need is to let it soak in for 2-3 minutes which is normal for me so I don’t like to wait around and rinse. I’m going to be sad when it’s all gone and my hair needs some TLC.

Day 12 Foreo Luna Play
This looks very exciting as I’m just used to applying cream with my fingers and rinsing so when I got this little vibrating silicone brush to exfoliate, it was strange at first but you get used to it. The cleanser is for the face only so you would have to remove your eye make up. I’ve used this on clean make up free skin or as a make up remover and both ways work just as well. The brush is very easy to clean and waterproof so you could even use this in the shower if you wanted too.

Keep a look out for Part 2 for the next 13 days.
